Though it looked just fine when I inspected the tables and data stored in it using sqlite3, chrome is having some issue. Deleting it, and let chrome re-create the database solves this problem as well as other issue with downloading files. I cleared the default directory opened google-chrome and it worked fine. Then I copied Backup into Default as directed, but the error message is displayed again.
