		<description>The culprit is &quot;Web Data&quot; which is a sqlite database. Though it looked just fine when I inspected the tables and data stored in it using sqlite3, chrome is having some issue. Deleting it, and let chrome re-create the database solves this problem as well as other issue with downloading files. I cleared the default directory opened google-chrome and it worked fine. Then I copied Backup into Default as directed, but the error message is displayed again.
I think this procedure may be improved by just deleting the damaged file. Any idea of which file is causing the problem?
